So easy!
When you have something so cute it's easy to come up with ideas!
This is Clear Scraps Small Pennant Banner! I used a border punch on the edges of the paper,  ribbon and flower (PebblesInc.) and my Viva Decor Pearl Paint Pen  to make little pearl drops on the edges!
Alphas for my theme and I am done!

 


OK I admit it , I did add Stickles! but you can do this banner with any paper and theme!

    This makes me want to make a banner!!!! How simply sweet it is !!!!! My niece would love it! Pebbles papers were perfect choice for this project:)
