Clear Scraps Project Post

A perfect pair…Clear Scraps and Pink Paislee ( in particular Collage Press for Pink Paislee) Hometown Summer papers and embellishments. For this fun birthday card I used the brand spanking new Clear Scraps Pennant Embellishments. To decorate these little pennants pieces I used Scor-Tape (1/8") to adhere glitter to the edges of  each of the pieces.
