Clear Scraps Project Post

Hello Clear Scraps fans! It's Irene here today and a layout using some acrylic circles and mascils by Clear Scraps.

I've created the background using the fans mascil with tons of mists.

This acrylic cricle above is painted using alcohol ink and later doodled on using a white marker and paints.

As for this hot air balloon, I've attached an acrylic circle on top of the cut out image. I've embossed the circle and later painted it with alcohol ink and paints.
