Happy Tuesday friends!
Did you select a Word of the Year for 2015?

At the end of 2014, I received some bad medical news regarding my health.
A couple of days after receiving the bad news, I saw a quote that resonated within me and left me with goosebumps running up my arms and down my spine.

It said, "Be Your Own Hero."

After reading that quote, I knew what my word would be for 2015.
My word this year is HERO.

The medical news I received was a wake up call for me, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.

I am working on making myself healthy and getting my Diabetes under control.
To celebrate my Word of the Year, the HERO Word Frame was created.

I'm so thankful to have this Word Frame in honor of my WOTY. It hangs beside my work space in my craft room. It really is a huge motivator for me. When I think of a HERO, a Patriotic theme comes to mind, which is why I decorated it in the colors Red, White, and Blue.
