Leah’s February Tag

I am so completely smitten with all of Clear Scraps tags!
For February I have this gorgeous scallop Chipboard tag to work with.

I started off by adhering pattern paper to the tag and cut away the excess with a craft knife.

If you wish, Ink the edge of your tag with your favorite blending ink.

I then placed the new Dragonfly chipboard embellishment over top of the tag and spritzed them with Color Shine spray.

I did this to create some interest on the background of the tag, as well as coloring the Dragonflies for embellishments later on.

I then cut a piece of pattern paper 4" x 5", and folded three sides 1/4" on each side to create a pocket.

Adhere glue to the three folded sides and place on your tag.
Trim a piece of paper 1/2" thick and adhere to your tag, then trim it to fit the tag.
Add some lace above the pattern paper strip, and adhere your dragonflies to your tag.

I found it easy to do that using my tiny attacher stapler.

Add a personalized message and a piece of chocolate in the tag pocket, and you have a beautiful and yummy treat for a special valentine.
