Clear Scraps Project Post

Hello Clear Scraps fans! It's Irene here and today, I would like to share my March tag with you all. This time, I've altered an acrylic tag by Clear Scraps using some water based spray paint, permanent markers and solvent based ink. I've also used some beautiful masks by Clear Scraps to alter this tag.
