Clear Scraps and Faber-Castell Blog Cross Promo!

Hello friends! It's Jennifer and I'm kicking off our week of cross promotion with Faber-Castell!  It was so fun creating with their fun products and they were very generous with what they provided the design team!  I used some of my Clear Scraps Chipboard Embellishments to create a fun home decor canvas!  I'm also going to show you some of the techniques I used!

For my first square, I used the Chandelier #1 Chipboard Embellishment and painted with white acrylic paint.

I used two different colors of the Faber-Castell Metallic Gelatos to give some depth to the chandelier.  I used a foam applicator but found you can also use your finger!

Next, I used clear embossing ink and glitter to add sparkle to my chipboard. I then used my heat gun to help set the glitter.

I also painted the Fancy Window Chipboard Embellishment with white acrylic paint. I then backed the different openings with patterned paper from the collection I used.

To give some texture to my chipboard, I applied Faber-Castell Cement to random areas of the window. It does take awhile to dry but its worth the wait!

Once the cement was dry, I used my finger and applied two different colors of metallic Gelatos to the surface.

For my next square, I used one of the Clearly Accent Dress Form Embellishments.  I covered the dress form with patterned paper as well as added ribbon and enamel dots.

I used a bit of the Faber-Castell Texture Luxe in Copper to cover the "metal" parts of the dress form.  I love the way it turned out!

For my last square, I used a Faber-Castell Gelato in turquoise with my 6 inch Flourish Branch Mascil to add a little background to my patterned paper.

I then layered patterned paper and added my Imagine Chipboard Script Word Title.  I colored this word title the same way I did the Chandelier.  Lastly, I added a few embellishments such as a metal clip, washi tape, and enamel dots!
