Clear Scraps Project Post

October is here and its time to start decorating for Halloween! I created this clipboard for notes using Clear Scraps Small Scallop Clipboard.

Instructions:

1. Stamp image on the front of the clipboard in permanent ink.
2. Stamp image again on white cardstock, color and cut out. Adhere to clipboard, lining up the stamped images.
3. Add dots of color with markers to the back of the clipboard. Embellish with stickers.
4. Adhere cardstock to the bottom of the clipboard. Embellish with washi tape.
