October Tag by Jennifer

Hello! It's Jennifer and time for me to share my tag for this month!  I love all things Halloween so I was excited to create a trick or treat themed tag!  And I'm going to show you how I created my background!

I first applied a coat of black acrylic paint to my chipboard tag.  Then using washi tape, I secured my 12 inch Shattered Glass Mascil to the top of my tag. Next, I directly applied my embossing ink pad to the chipboard ensuring all areas were coated.

Next, I applied an ample amount of black glitter embossing powder to the top of my tag.

After getting rid of the excess powder, I applied my heat gun until the powder was set.

And here is a photo of the finished effect!

Next, I adhered different patterns as well as a small piece of glitter orange tulle to the front of my tag. Using a die cut, I created a fun rosette and added a coordinating sticker from the collection I used.
