Happy Day Clear Scraps friends! Today, I'm sharing this patriotic USA Circle Pallet home decor piece.

Happy Birthday, USA!

To start, I paint the Circle Medium Pallet and the Mini Shaker Star using sparkly paint.

Once these dried, I used the 12" Star stencil, liquid gel and sprinkled glitter on the stars while the gel was wet.

While the stars dry on the pallet, I assemble the mini shaker star. I used the Lovely Sequins and some leftover embossing powder and glitters to fill up the shaker.
