Hearts Wood Mini Album

Hello everyone… Can you feel the love in the air now? Valentine's Day is coming up soon and today I have a Love themed project to share with you all.

I made this Hearts Wood Mini Album using the Hearts Wood Card. I like Clear Scraps Wood Card/Mini Album collections. They are not only for card, but you also can make them into mini scrapbook album or embellishment for bigger project. Wood card comes in 2 pieces: front piece has cut out shape and the back piece is solid rectangle.

First, I traced the front piece of the wood card on 2 patterns of scrapbook papers with pencil. One paper is for the back and the other for the front I fussy cut them with scissors.

Then, I added some of the Beacon 3-in-1 glue adhesive on the back of the wood card, and then added the love pink pattern. I pressed it firmly and using bone folder to smooth off the air bubble.

I filled the hearts cut out with some iridescent giant sequins and then cover it with a piece of plastic acetate. I used the same glue adhesive with the acetate plastic. After that, I added the blue pattern scrapbook paper on top of the wood card using the same glue adhesive.

I decorated the top of the card with some thick sticker borders and word sticker. I tied up some of the thick burlap twine.

I added couple rings to hold both front piece and the back piece of the wood card. I plan to fill this album with mini scrapbook pages of me and my husband from this year memories.

I hope you like this Wood Mini Album idea today. This can be a good gift for Valentine's Day, Anniversary Day, Birthday, or even for Wedding.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!
