Hello everyone, guest designer Amberly here with a fun mixed project using the This Is Us Wood Desktop Frame, yet I chose not to use the stand.
I am using a craft round found at a local craft store, you can use an embroidery hoop. I left mine natural in color. Using a beautiful line from Simple Stories, I used elements to layer and create a stage for the frame.
I painted the Clear Scraps “This is Us” frame a soft pink using acrylic paint. I used pop dots and left the frame top open to slide a picture easily in and out (I love the ability to
change my photos). I added a chipboard frame from the same paper line overtop and then attached it all to my project. Using ribbon to give the project an overall boho chic look or even a dream catcher look.
Clear Scraps products are so versatile to use for mixed media projects!
