“Who let the dogs out? Who, who, who, who, who? 

Well, in fact it was me… I let the dogs out and I had to let them back in too…

Clear Scraps designer mascot Dexter is on duty today showcasing the square frame with woof and dog bone add on.

First, I stained the square frame and base and then lightly distressed it with acrylic paint. I wanted to highlight the add on dog bone and the word woof, I painted these and added in some sparkle (metallic wax).

The frame and base are super easy to put together. I used liquid glue for the base (Art liquid glue). Applied the glue to the top smaller layer on the back, lined up the slots, held together for a few minutes with binder clips.

For the frame I used black puff dots around the edge, leaving the top open to slide a photo in and out. It is easiest to line up the frame at the top edge and attach together with the base. This leaves the bottom edge needed to slide into the base for the frame to stand up.

The add on pieces will just slide in the base and can easily be changed out.
