BABY Chipboard Album
Hello Crafty Friends – I am excited to share the Clear Scraps BABY Chipboard Album with you today. I enjoyed using the BABY Chipboard Album, along with the Baby Pins Chipboard Embellishments, and the Congrats Chipboard Word Title to create this adorable photo album. Clear Scraps chipboard elements are easy to use. All the pieces are pre-cut for easy assembly. The BABY Chipboard Album is a thoughtful gift for new parents, grandparents, or family members.
Supply List:
Baby Pins Chipboard Embellishments
Distress Oxide Ink – Unchartered Mariner
Distress Oxide Ink – Evergreen Bough
Various baby themed cardstock and embellishments
Start with the BABY Chipboard Album, Baby Pins Chipboard Embellishments, and the Congrats Chipboard Word Title.
Cut the baby pin embellishments from the chipboard rectangle. A Fun tip – save the chipboard rectangle piece for another project. It would look great on a card front, a frame in another album, or an embellishment. Add color to the baby pins using paint pens. Heat emboss the congrats word using Versamark Ink, embossing powder of choice, and a heat tool.
Add color to the B-A-B-Y letters using Unchartered Mariner Distress Oxide Ink (front side) and Evergreen Bough (back side) using a blending brush. Place the remaining album pages on patterned cardstock and trace around each page. Cut patterned cardstock to cover the page. Adhere the cardstock with adhesive of choice. Use a file to shave off any excess cardstock on all sides of the pages.
Add the page decorations and embellishments to each page of the album. Die cut frames in various shapes and colors so the recipient can add baby photos.
Assemble the pages in cascading order. Use binder rings to keep the pages together.
I love how this album turned out! I look forward to giving this album someone special.
