Clear Scraps Bell Bulbs and Ho Ho Ho scrapbook page
Hello everyone – I have a pretty scrapbook page to share with you today. This would be a great way to display your Christmas photo this year.

For today’s project you will need the Bell Bulbs chipboard embellishments, the Ho Ho Ho embellishments, 12 x 12 white cardstock, 5 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ red cardstock, 5 1/4″ x 7 1/4″ white cardstock, poinsettia dies, red – green – gold – and white cardstock scraps, red acrylic paint, leafing glue, gold leafing, pink ink, glue, blending brush, and foam brush.

To begin take your Bell Bulbs and cut on the connecting piece to separate the bulbs from the frame. Use a sanding block to clean up the edge where it was connected to the frame if needed.

With your leafing glue and a foam brush, paint the bulbs. Set aside to dry for about 15 minutes.
While the bulbs are drying grab your Ho Ho Ho frame and cut the words away from the frame by cutting the connecting piece. Use a sanding block to clean up the edge where it was connected to the frame if needed.

Use your red paint and the Ho Ho Ho and paint the letters. Set aside to dry.

By now your glue should be dry and tacky on the bulbs. Take your gold leafing and apply it to the bulbs. Use a stiff brush to burnish the gold leafing into the shape. Clean up the open areas of the bulbs with your stiff brush and pokey tool.

While your chipboard pieces are drying, grab your cardstock and poinsettia dies to die cut the pieces. Use red and green for the larger poinsettia then put the flower together using glue. For the smaller poinsettia use your white and green. Before you put the white flowers together, take your pink ink and blending brush to add some color to the tips of the flowers. Put the flower together using glue.

To put your scrapbook page together, use your glue and add your gold bell bulbs to the upper left hand corner of the 12 x 12 white cardstock.
Add your 5 1/4″ x 7 1/4″ piece of white cardstock to your 5 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ piece of red cardstock- this is your photo panel. Set the panel onto the large white cardstock so you can use it for placement of the Ho Ho Ho. Take your Ho Ho Ho and determine the placement in the lower right hand corner of the page. Glue the words to the page. See placement below.
Glue the 5 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ red and white panel to the page so it is between the gold bulbs and the Ho Ho Ho. See photo below.
Take the red poinsettias and determine the placement in the lower left hand corner of the red and white photo panel. Glue the flowers to the page making sure not to glue the parts of the flower that overlap the photo panel or you won’t be able to add your photo easily. See photo below.
Repeat with the white and pink flowers in the upper right hand corner of the photo panel. See photo below.
Your scrapbook page is now complete and ready for that special Christmas photo you take this year.

There are many chipboard pieces in the Clear Scraps store. You can find many different ones you can use for your scrapbook pages. Check them out and order some today!
Have a Marvelous Monday!
