Clear Scraps–Mini Shaker–Egg Hunt LO

Hi everyone! Laura here with you today with a little Easter inspiration! Spring time is finally here, yay! So time to think about those cute Easter pics, visits with the Easter bunny, or maybe an egg hunt! I’ve got some great ideas to share with you!

This LO really “pops” with bright colors and some fun texture too! The Clear Scraps 5×9 Grunge Brick Stencil adds just the right touch for the border of this scrapbook page when white texture paste was applied along the edge. After dry the base papers were layered on and a picture mat added, all ready for those Easter photos!

A little closer view really shows that great brick texture! The cute little Easter basket is created using left overs from the Shaker Tag Bucket! When making one of the Clear Scraps Shaker Tags, I often only used the front of the tag (if it’s attached on a scrapbook LO for example) so I do not use the back piece of the tag. I keep those (of course!) and this piece was perfect to make an Easter basket. Just some acrylic paint and a few stickers, and it’s adorable!

It’s hard to go wrong when you add one of the Clear Scraps Mini Shakers to any scrapbook page or project! This Mini Shaker Easter Egg adds a great element to my “egg hunt” page, with pretty sequins adding a little sparkle and shine as a bonus!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Make sure to stop back soon for more fun and inspiration!
