Quickie Project…

Here is a quickie project that can be done in less then 5 min.

Items needed:
Clear Scraps 4×4 coasters
Cuttlebug and Cuttlebug embossing folder
Scrap paper
Chipboard
Bind it all
Binding wire
Liquid Pearls
Sander

  • Take off the protective coating on your Acrylic coaster and place the acrylic in the embossing folder and run it through your Cuttlebug machine.
  • Once embossed take your sander and sand the raised side of your embossed acrylic.  The more you sand the more of a "frosted" look you will have on your acrylic.
  • Place your acrylic in your bind it all and punch the holes in it for binding
  • Cut a piece of chipboard down to 4×4 and round your corners (you can add paper to your chipboard if you like) and place in your bind it all and punch the holes in it for binding
  • Add your binding wire to you acrylic and chipboard and place in the bind it all and bind the two pieces together.
  • Place your stack of post it notes in the center of your chipboard piece
  • Cut some images from your scrap paper and add to the top of your acrylic
  • Using the liquid pearls smear and dot it on in random spots.

Now you have a cute little post it notebook for your purse.

Here are some photos of my finished project.
