On the edge

Hi guys, its me Grace.

Today I want to talk about easy things to add emphasis on your Clear Scraps acrylic pieces without taking too much away from the transparent piece.

My Little Man

My little man

In this layout I used a star and a circle acrylic piece to house my title and journaling.

to bring the clear star piece out of it's obscurity, I punched holes through the edges and threaded a velvet trim around the acrylic piece. This let the viewer see the shape right away but left room for the transparency to show.

I just love how easy it was to punched the holes through these acrylic pieces.

then for the round acrylic piece, I added some Viva decor's pearl pen around the piece. I love that this pen adds texture and the color are so shimmery.

as you can see, giving your acrylic pieces the "edge" is so easy and the ways/possibilities are endless.

That's all for me right now and have a great weekend.
