With Halloween just a few short weeks away it's never to early to start on some decorations to get into the spirit of Halloween.  Today I am featuring the small banner from Clear Scraps.  It has 5 pieces to a package for $5.99.  I used two packages to create the Happy Halloween Banner. Tips:

Don't forget to take off protective coating.

I applied all the Staz-on to my pieces first

I applied the Hambly to the back of my pieces and only put adhesive where my papers were on the front.
