Clear Scraps Project Post

Good morning Clear Scraps friends, 

Pinky here with another project to kick of June! For me scrapbooking and crafting is all about expressing myself and my family, creating my own decor and having fun with it.

Our family is heavily involved with baseball and we love it. With 3 boys who play it pretty much takes over all of our lives from spring until summer, and sometimes fall. 

I wanted to commemorate it and could not find the perfect decor for my home, so I decided to make one for my livingroom. 

I began with the FAMILY Expressions from Clear Scraps I sprayed the back with spray adhesive, then I sprinkled it with Clearsnap red glitter and white glitter.

After it dried I sealed it then I painted over the glitter with an eggshell paint. 

After that was set I added the sticker sentiments and used a Pearl Pen to outline the word FAMILY. For the plaque base I used the Clear Scraps Deco Plaque, I painted the back with the same eggshell paint, set it out to dry. Then I outlined it with a pearl pen, then dusted it with coordinating red glitter. 

I love how it turned out and more importantly my family loves it.

Now whoever walks in our home knows we are a Baseball Family!
