Halloween Banner with Jennifer

Hello! Halloween is just around the corner! And what better way to get into the festive spirit is to create something to show off in your home! Today I'm happy to share a fun Halloween banner I created using the Large Acrylic Banner. I particularly love this banner because you can decorate for pretty much any holiday or theme!

I loved using different papers and embellishments to cover each pennant. Did you know you can make your own acrylic embellishments, as well?  Take any 12×12 Acrylic Sheet, cut it down to the size you need, and run it through your die cut machine.

Here, I used the Mini Skull from Tim Holtz. I then added Glimmer Glam from Tattered Angels in Chandelier to give it some sparkle!

I also made the Mini Bat from the same die set. My bat is covered with Glimmer Glaze from Tattered Angels.  Making your own acrylic embellishments can be a nice addition to your project!

On this pennant, I used the "3" and "1" from the Acrylic Alphabet and Numbers Set. I colored my numbers with Ranger Alcohol ink in Rust.  Instead of using an applicator, I dripped the ink straight onto the acrylic.
