Clear Scraps Project Post

Hi everyone, Connie here with another way to use the Birds acrylic border by Clear Scraps.  Don't be afraid:):), cut it apart.

I cut the bird border into three sections.  I used Fast Finish Decoupage by Beacon to adhere the vintage book print, to the back of the bird sections.  I used the Woven Paper by DCWV to make the tag border.

The background stencil used is called Numbers by Clear Scraps. The glimmer mist I used is Black Magic by Tattered Angels.
