Hello Summer with Clear Scraps!

Hello Clear Scraps friends!  Jennifer here to share a layout I created using the Chevron Acrylic Border and Acrylic Alphabet and Number set.  I wanted to document this cute photo of my son on his last day of kindergarten with his best friends!

I cut the border piece in half and added a small amount of adhesive to hold. I then used my tiny attacher stapler to ensure my border stays in place.  I chose to leave my acrylic border bare but you can color any acrylic using a variety of mediums!

I adhered patterned paper to the backs of each of the Acrylic Alphabets followed by using a sanding tool to smooth the edges.  Next, I used a white paint pen to trace the edges to make each letter stand out.

Using foam dots, I "popped" a few of the letters up as well as overlapping each one.

Showing some fun embellishments from the very boy-themed paper line I used.

I also cut out strips of different patterned papers and adhered them around the circle on the page.  I followed with stitching through a few of the strips with my sewing machine.

Such a fun layout and great way to save the memory. I really like the letters and how you altered them.
