Today I'm sharing a layout using the XL Deco Shapes and Pennant Embellishments!
Instructions:
1. Remove plastic backing from XL Deco Shape. Trim pattern piece strips and adhere to the front of the XL Deco Shape with Zip Dry.
2. Adhere pattern paper to the back of pennants with Zip Dry. Adhere alphabet stickers on foam dots in center of pennants. Punch holes and thread pennants through twine.
3. Adhere pennants to XL Deco Shape and add bows for embellishment.
4. Adhere photo and stickers to layout. Fussy cut flowers from pattern paper and adhere to layout.
