Hi Clear Scrappers,

It's MME's week!!!

Today I'm sharing this very sweet layout inspired from Disney Pixar's Up! My niece loves balloons, so I created this 3D mixed media layout using one piece of Large Pennant Banners  as the base and this Circles Borders as the rainbow clouds over the hot-air balloon, together with MME's Street Market paper collection…
