Hi Clear Scrappers,

Katie here sharing this steampunk altered perfume bottle for this Halloween… This is a used men's cologne bottle which has been lying around in my house for quite some time… Because of the interesting cap, I thought it would be good to transform it into a steampunk potion bottle… Hence I decided to upcycled it and altered it using this Gears Acrylic Border…
