Hey there Clear Scraps friends,
it's Pinky today with a fun Masciled Halloween Layout using Clear Scraps XL Dazed Square, and Clear Scraps Spider Web Mascil paired with some Krylon paint and a Halloween title. 
You can see I painted the back of the Clear Scraps XL Dazed Square in black spray paint, then used metallic spray paint on the front with the Clear Scraps Spider Web Mascil the 6" one.
After that I added the cardstock title I cut with my Silhouette and lightly painted with the Krylon and a matte- which I layered tulle over. Then I added some touches here and there with stickers and stickles.
It's very fun and not too spooky I think!
