Clear Scraps Project Post

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a circle homecoming layout featuring Clear Scraps XL Dots and Fern Leaf Mascil. 

I love to emphasize the clear nature of the acrylic by leaving parts of the acrylic shapes without pattern paper. I used the 6 x 6 Fern Leaf Mascil to stencil in gold paint on part of the acrylic. You could also use embossing or texture paste instead of paint for a bit of texture. 

Tip: Instead of tracing and cutting out the pattern paper, I like to adhere it to the acrylic with ZipDry and then simply use my exacto knife around the edge to trim it.

• MME pattern paper and chipboard
• Beacon Zip Dry Adhesive
• other (flowers, acrylic paint, ribbon)
