Clear Scraps Project Post

Today I'm sharing a layout I created to display for Valentines Day featuring Clear Scraps XL Dots and 12 inch Spiral Mascil. 

I sprayed Rust-o-leum Frosted Glass on the XL Dot using the Spiral Mascil as a stencil. The Frosted Glass gives it a very subtle etched effect.
