November Tag by Pinky!

Hello Clear Scraps friends, it is Pinky today with my monthly tag- those is for November of course so I decided to make a "Thankful Tag" because it is definitely the month of gratitude.

yLet me share how I created this tag in case you wanted to try one.

Pinky Hobbs Clear Scraps November Tag

First of all I took the Clear Scraps Heart Cross Chipboard Embellishment, I painted it a metallic gold and before it completely dried I added some Mica powder.

After that I removed the protective film for the back of the Tag I used from the Tag Album set I painted the edges just barely and let it dry.

Then I removed the protective from from the front of the tag- and brushed the page using the Mica Powder. I adhered the Clear Scraps Heart Cross Chipboard Embellishment to the front of the tag, then used the edges of the paint and where the Heart Cross Chipboard was to cover the adhesive dots I used to adhere the paper with the word BLESSED to the back of the tag.

The LOVE is a sticker I added gemstones to, and the "Start each day with a grateful heart" was a quote from some patterned paper I had. I used some course twine as the tie, but I felt one strand wasn't quite enough so I ended up using two strands and it filled that in quite nicely.

These tags are so much unto create and they really push you to try new things, great to try new mediums and the stencils. It's a small enough surface to experiment with but large enough to get really create. Try the Tag Album set, then try decorating the box too! 🙂

I hope you enjoyed my November Tag- I will see you soon.

Until next time, keep on crafting friends!
