Hey there Clear Scraps friends, it is Pinky today and I know everyone has been asking about the New Clear Scraps Layering Stencils, so I thought I would make a video using one of them, the Steampunk Balloon Layering Stencil, which I used on a tag!
This was a fun tag to create and perfect for my mixed media use of the Layer Stencil.
Here is the video of how I used the stencil, and hopefully give you an idea of how these thicker stencils are perfect for mixed media or art projects,
