Texas Printer Tray Frame~

Hi, Connie here with a Texas Printer Tray Frame by Clear Scraps.  I was so excited about this product release. Clear Scraps also released a smaller version of the Texas image in a shaker. How cool is that all my Texas friends!!!

I used pattern paper, along with my photos, to create the inside back of the Printer Tray.  The photos were cut to fit, in the space, by tracing the shape on the back of the photo.

I used buttons and labels, taken off old work shirts, that belonged to my husband, to fill two of the divided areas of the Texas Printer Tray.  I thought the shirt labels and buttons were such a neat thing to add to the tray, since the tray is about him "working".  Hoping the family will think that is neat too!

After the Texas Printer Tray is completed on the inside, it is ready to glue the pieces together. Remember to remove the plastic film from the acrylic before using glue.  I painted the top frame with brown acrylic paint and then glued the sections together.  A tip when it is glued together, I turn it over and put a heavy book on it so it is drying flat.  The front is decorated with stickers, buttons (from husband's work shirts) and twine.  Another thing I like about these Printer Tray Frames, is you can fit then into a scrapbook page protector and add them your album.

I added a pocket to the back for my journal spot.
