Wheee. Christmas is almost here. Do you ever run into a crunch of needing to send off a card quickly? If so, this post is for you. This card came together so quickly! Bonus points for it being unique and gorgeous!
I used the Send it Clear Tree card and also the Holly Chipboard embellishments for this lovely card.
Its hard to see here, but I put the card panels together first, and then added on the pattern paper to the back panel. That ensures a good solid hold for your card to stay together.
The way this card goes together, the tree locks together to hold the card front closed. I colored the top and bottom of the tree using Alcohol Ink in Meadow. I then added in small gems to act as ornaments.
I painted the Holly embellishments using regular acrylic paint, which dried quickly and adhered them to the top and inside of the card.
Cute, right?
