Hello! It's Jennifer to share another fabulous new release from Clear Scraps! How fun are the Wood Accordion Shaker Albums? They are one of my favorites! Today, I have the Mason Jar Wood Accordion Shaker Album to show you! The mason jar shape makes me think of summer time fun and trips! So, I scrapped a family trip to Northern Michigan that we make every year!
I painted the front frame with white chalk paint and metallic black on the lid! I also used the same metallic black on the Life Is Good Chipboard Word Title! You can also spy the colorful mini metallic stars I inserted into my shaker!
Instead of doing an accordion layout, I opted to do a mini album. When adhering my paper, I ensured I punched holes in only one side of each page.
For each of my pages I adhered patterned paper with Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive. After allowing to dry, I trimmed my excess paper with scissors and a sanding tool. The top portion of the page I simply painted with the same metallic black acrylic paint I used on the front.
For this page, I used my Scor-Pal and card stock to create an extra page for an additional photo and journaling!
The album pages are large enough to fit a 3×5 or 4×4 photo. I always trim my pictures down a bit so I can mat them onto white card stock. Plus, I tend to do a lot of layering!
Thank you for stopping by today! Check out the variety of Wood Accordion Shaker Albums! There are many to choose from that are perfect for your next project! Have a great day!
