XL Scallops acrylic scrapbook page~

Hi, Connie here with a scalloped edge acrylic scrapbook page using products by Clear Scraps.  I have created a short tutorial, to give a visual, of how the page was created.

Four photos were collaged to make a film strip type photo and then mounted on solid paper.  The pictures are of a hail storm that came through our area,
a few days ago.  The only one I can remember while living in this area of Texas.  Pretty exciting, too!!

Pattern paper was chosen for the scrapbook page.  The "Mother" chipboard word by Clear Scraps, was inked with Distress Oxide, coated with clear embossing powder and then using a heat tool embossed.  By embossing the chipboard word, the word stands out and the word has a shiney texture.  Remove the plastic film from both sides of the acrylic before adhering the pattern paper to the back of the acrylic.  Trace the shape on the pattern paper and  cut out.  Adhere to the back of the acrylic with Beacon Quick Grip.  The background paint splats were added with irRESISTible / gold embellisher.  It sticks to acrylic really well.

A journal pocket was created, out of a vintage library envelope, to hold the story of the hail storm that came through Belmont Texas.  What a day, is right!!!!
