Hi everyone! Heather here, and there's a bit of a funny story behind the layout I'm going to share today. My husband is a total car nut. We've been married for 17 years and I'm sure we've had more than 10 cars. I have never driven a car more than 50,000 miles, but when we got my minivan I fell in love with it and refused to let him trade it in. When I hit 50,000 miles, I took this picture to remember because I'm sure it probably won't happen again.

I used the Clear Scraps Gears Stencil as well as the Gears Mirror Embellishments to make this page about my mileage milestone!

Here's a closer look at some of the stenciling and embellishment clusters. I know the little car embellishment isn't a van, but I'm not a crazy car person so it doesn't bother me. 

I liked using some of the racing-themed embellishments too because I have been known to peel out a time or two when I'm in a hurry. Just because I drive a minivan that's nicknamed "Snowball", doesn't mean I can't drive. After all, my other car is a 1998 z28 Camaro.
