Clear Scraps Project Post

Hi everyone! Nancy K here today to share with you a fun project I made for a back to school gift for my niece using one of the large acrylic scallop tags and the mini shaker purse.

I began with the tag.  I simply stamped a floral image onto my tag, then added patterned papers and embellishments to complete.  So simple and the clear acrylic gives great dimension.  I love the way the candy dots and the girl stand out from the background papers with the stamped image in between.

I then created the little shaker as an embellishment for the wrapping.  After filling my shaker with paper that coordinates with  my tag, I filled it with tiny beads and flowers, as well as a few larger pieces. 

Once assembled I glittered the top layer and added a few embellishments.

I know these little extras will really make my package stand out.
