Clear Scraps Project Post

Hello! Jennifer here today to share an acrylic layout I  created using some fun Clear Scraps products!  Layouts are my favorite to make and there are so many new goodies to choose from! Using the Boy Cloud Chipboard Embellishments, I  made a fun page with a favorite photo of my son when he was little!   

Starting with the XL Scallop Square Shape, I  colored the edges with alcohol ink in Butterscotch. The ink dries quickly and "adheres" to the acrylic nicely.

I  set aside my acrylic to create my background for my layout. Using white cardstock and the 12 inch Clouds Mascil, I  lightly misted with spray ink in a turquoise blue. You can go as light or dark as you prefer. 

I  cut apart the pieces of the Boy Cloud Chipboard Embellishments and painted each with white acrylic paint.  After my paint was dry, I  added some sparkle with embossing powder. 

Here is the end result of the cloud…I  used both white and blue glitter embossing powder to give some difference in color.  I  also adhered some foam letters to the front to complete my title. 

For the stars, I  used gold glitter embossing powder and adhered around my Boy Cloud Chipboard. You can also spy the cloud background created with the Mascil.
