Clear Scraps Project Post

Good Morning and Happy Friday to you!!! I'm so excited because Clear Scraps has teamed up with Stampendous as you have seen this week, and it has been so much fun! I wanted to showcase Clear Scraps beautiful XL Script Wood Quotes and the fabulous Square Medium DIY Pallet Shape to create this cute home decor piece using glitter and stamps from Stampendous.

The products from these two amazing companies complement each other beautifully!
The glitter sticks to the wood quote so perfectly.

I applied mod podge to Clear Scraps XL wood quote, then applied Stampendous Jewel glitter in three different colors to the wood. I outlined the wood in sharpie marker so it would pop against the background.

If you look closely, you will see that I stamped the back of the paper on the wood pallet using the 6×6 Fern Garden stamp.

I couldn't resist paper piecing the Elephant. Stampendous makes it so easy using the included dies in the stamp package. I added some small shadow details using my Prismacolor colored pencils too. Lastly, I attached some cording to the backside of the medium wood pallet to create a wall hanging.
