Clear Scraps Project Post

Hi there everyone!  Laura is here with you today to share a little

spooktacular Halloween LO!  Clear Scraps Acrylic 12×12 sheets

and 4×6 stencils combine to create some spooky Halloween fun!

One of the things I love about the Clear Scraps Acrylic Sheets, is all of

the different ways you can use them!  This time, I created my own custom

overlay to match my pictures and papers!  You start by peeling off the

protective layers that keep the acrylic nice and clean, and then choose

a stencil that fits your particular project.  I chose the 4×6 Pumpkin Faces

which matched up with my pictures perfectly!

Then I sponged the black acrylic paint around the stencil in the

bottom corners of the sheet (flipping the stencil over to give mirror

images, of course).  Using the same paint, and also some green

acrylic paint, I brushed that around the edges of the acrylic sheet too.

So darn cute, right??!!  And that's how easy it is to create your own

custom overlay for your scrapbook pages!  There are a ton of 4×6 stencils

to chose from, you can find them in the Clear Scraps store HERE.

I used a few scraps of paper to decorate the front of the acrylic sheet, and

 then put a full sized sheet of paper behind it to make the pumpkins pop.

The adorable little Clear Scraps Bats Chipboard Embellishments

are a great addition to the sticker embellishments on the page,

So easy, just black paint and a brush of gray paint around the edges.

I thought I'd show you the difference, if you wanted it plain you could

do that, but I think the gray around the edges make the bat stand out.

Super spooky cuteness on the finished page!  Love the chipboard
