Clear Scraps Project Post

I love creating homemade thank you cards and decided I wanted to try one with just stenciled images.  When I saw this Pine Cone Stencil   I knew exactly what I wanted to create.  Combining the Pine Cone Stencil  with  the Clear Scraps 4 x 6 Thank You Stencil allowed me to create a super easy but high impact card. 

Start by inking your stencil with distress inks. I used a couple of brown ink colors to add dimension to the pine cone.  Add greens to the boughs. 

Stencil "Thanks" using Clear Scraps 4 x 6 Thank You Stencil in black ink. 

I finished off the card by adding a jute bow just above the pine cone.  You could also add some stickles or glitter on the edges of the pine cone to create a snowier look. 

Combining the stencils created a super easily reproducible card.  I hope you are inspired to try stenciling on your cards.
