Hi everyone! With Thanksgiving approaching very soon, its a time to reflect on what we are thankful for.
Today I have created this beautiful Pumpkin Pallet wall hanging.
I wanted something that I could display near my table for Thanksgiving. It will remind me on how Grateful
I am of the family I cherish. So lets get started on how I created it.
I started out with the Medium Pumpkin Pallet. I have some fabric, batting, burlap flowers, ribbon
and some paper flowers that I will be using to create my wall hanging.
I started out by taking apart my pumpkin pallet. Wasn't very hard to take apart. The back piece had staples
holding the front pieces to it. I just used a hammer to flatten them out.
I then took some batten and cut that out in the shape of each of the pieces. I forgot to take a picture of that step.
I then added my fabric over the batting and glued the edges to the back of each piece. I glued the pieces back
onto the backing piece to keep it very sturdy I used some tacking glue and hot glue.
I love the effect!
I then made a spray of flowers and ribbon on the side. I added this sentiment from a fall
paper pad. It worked perfect for what I was going for.
I just love how this has turned out!
Now lets bring on Thanksgiving so I can display it!
Thanks for stopping!
Kim 🙂
