Happy February Clear Scraps friends! Today I'm sharing the This Is Us Desktop Frame made from birch wood.
These stands are beyond lovely and come together pretty quickly! I started by painting all the pieces and let them dry.
Once the pieces dried I applied a sealer to brighten up the colors and to protect them.
Next, I like to join the base together using liquid adhesive.
To make certain the holes are aligned correctly, I place the standing frame into the base holes and leave it there five minutes or so until the glue has dried.
For this frame, I wanted the photo to be interchangeable, so I applied sticky tape to three sides of the frame leaving enough room for a new photo to slide in and out of the frame from the top.
I adhere the frame to the standing frame and slide my photograph in.
