Happy Thursday Clear Scraps family. Leah here with you today sharing this cute spring home decor sign, and I couldn't resist using this chipboard Vintage LG Truck on the Rectangle Medium Wood Pallet.
I had started off painting this truck a bright fire-engine red, but it didn't work with this paper I wanted to use, so I ended up painting it this non-traditional pink, which makes me SO HAPPY. It sings spring to me!
I've been with Clear Scraps over 6 years now, so have quite the stash, and included in it are these awesome acrylic flower embellishments.
I ended up staining them with Alcohol ink and adding perfect pearls to create texture. I then just layered looooots of flowers behind the truck!
I love how bright and happy this home decor piece is. I think it will work as a wreath on the front door or right inside the entry way!
I just want to take a minute and Thank Susan and Jim for allowing me to be a part of the Clear Scraps family for so long. I love their products and have believed in them since day one when I started on the Design Team. I will miss making projects and sharing them with you, but will always love and support this company. ❤
