Hello, Kelly here and I made a few cards with the geckos chipboard today, they are fun! Check out the Clear Scraps blog for more ideas.
Supplies used -
Printed card stock
Spray inks
Acrylic paint
Gold gesso
These cards were quick and easy! To start with, I painted these geckos with gesso then distress paints and splattered then with gold gesso. They remind me of the little salamanders we get in Michigan, they are generally blue or black with gold-colored spots.
I used some pre-printed cards, then gold embossing powder for the sentiment, Dream Big Dreams, then glued the geckos in place! I have some cool cards for every day to send out to friends!
Quick idea – if you have lots of extra cards, start a FB group and send lots of mail, who doesn't love getting mail especially handmade cards.
