Hello friends! Maya here with you today on the blog to share a shaker card featuring the Mini Shaker Birthday Cake and Sprinkles Heart Confetti. I am a big fan of all the shakers from Clear Scraps and I absolutely love to create shaker cards with them!
▼ The card size is 6.5 x 5 inches. I started by using a white card stock and covering with a 4.5 x 6 inches patterned paper. On the bottom of the card, I layered two strips of patterned paper and applied border punch on one strip.
▼ For the birthday cake shaker, I covered the chip back layer with three colors of patterned papers. I also added the rainbow sticker to the bottom two layers of the cake. Next, I adhered two layers of chip foams to the cake, placed the confetti, glued the layer of acrylic divider. Using the watermark ink, embossing powder and heat gun, I gave the top chip foam a coat of white embossing powder.
▼ I also chose some ephemera and chipboard accents to decorate around the card. After I finished the shaker cake, it's time to put them together! I used tacky glue to adhere all the pieces. Last, I added some enamel dots for extra touches to finish this birthday card.
Thank you for visiting the blog today! I hope you are inspired to create some shaker cards with the cute shakers from Clear Scraps. Let's get crafty and have fun!
