Stenciled Daisy Cards

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with a set of Stenciled Daisy Cards.

Have you seen all the stencils available at Clear Scraps?
There are  a variety of sizes – some are small enough for cards and some are large enough for home decor projects.

I've used the 6" Bouquet Daisies for my cards.

Start by using some low tack tape to tape the Daisy Stencil to your work surface so the stencil and paper don't move around while you are inking it.
Beginning with the first color, ink the daisies.
I used Distress Oxide Inks for my first card, using lemonade and marigold for the flowers.

Adding marigold as a second color to the daisies, I created for dimension.
Next, I used bundled sage to ink the leaves and stems.

Removing the stencil, I inked around the panel with lemonade ink.

Repeat the process for a second card with different colors of ink.
This time I used Brilliance inks to achieve a different effect.

Mat each panel with coordinating cardstock and add to a card.  Using a Fairy Hugs phrase, stamp it directly on the panel.

These cards are fairly simple and easy to create, but are quite eye catching, don't you think?
