Christmas-Tree 3D Frameable

Hello friends! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!  It is officially the Christmas season and today I'm sharing one of the new 3D Frameables using the Christmas-Tree Word N Shape.  The 3D Frameables are perfect to showcase favorite photos and you can switch out the Word N Shapes as well as the frames.

Using my Beacon 3-in-1 Adhesive, I covered the Scallop Frame and Base as well as the Tree in my Word N Shape with different patterned papers.  I cut away excess paper with scissors followed by using an x-acto knife and sanding tool.

Again using my Beacon, I adhered the two oval pieces of the base together as shown.

I applied white acrylic paint to the Christmas Word as well as the Frame base.

Then using Distress Oxide Ink in Lucky Clover, I blended ink into the bottom edge of my word.

Next, I secured my 4×4 photo to the back of my frame using double sided tape. I then adhered the two frame pieces with Beacon Adhesive.   I find that using clips to hold the two pieces together as the adhesive dries is helpful.

I affixed stickers and smaller embellishments to the frame as well as the tree.

I did add white acrylic paint around the edges of the tree giving it a distressed look. I wanted it to have a bit of a snowy effect.   I did the same on the frame and base.
