Hi everybody! Leslie here, sharing an embellished frame of treasured memories created with the Friends XL Wood Frame. This piece is huge and wonderful! It was definitely a fun project – from picking out the three photos I wanted to use, to the actual creation with pretty papers and flowers and the assembly! Brought back so many memories!
I started by tracing each letter backwards on the back side of the patterned papers and fussy cutting each one. I did the same with the three frames at the bottom using solid colors of cardstock.
I adhered acetate to the back of the three frames to keep the photos clean and dust-free (which unfortunately casts weird shadows on the photos so I apologize for that).
I adhered the fussy-cut patterned paper letters and cardstock frames, and heavily distressed the edges.
I added paper flowers and die cut greenery, and a couple bamboo cord bows.
And then added a few gemstones to the frames to complete the project.
