You can use Clear Scraps Mini Shakers for lots of different projects – both on their own as well as combined with other Clear Scrap products.

I've used them on gift tags, cards, magnets, layouts as well as incorporated them on home decor items.

I used the Cloud Mini Shaker…

to create this rainbow and verse mini hanger…

I started by painting the top layer of the chipboard with black paint.

Then I used a fine tip permanent black marker to write the verse on the acrylic piece. If you make a mistake, you can use a little alcohol to remove the writing and try again 🙂

I filled the shaker with several types of white filler including sequins before assembling it.

I used some double sided tape to adhere the ribbons and silver cord to the back of the shaker. To reinforce the hold, I glued cardstock over the pieces as well.

This item would make a nice gift when you just need a little "something". Maybe a thank you to a Sunday School Teacher. Or hang it in your child's room or somewhere in your home to catch a little inspiration when you see it.

You could also cover the back completely and use it as a gift tag for a baby gift. Multi-purpose as the recipient could then hang it up in baby's room.
